Terms of stay
These terms apply to stays at Berries Luxury Apartments in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, and to booking requests submitted through this website.
Host and licences
Berries Luxury Apartments is managed by a private host. Property registry numbers (AMA, one per suite): 00003263718, 00003263739, 00003263744 and 00003263770.
Booking requests
The website form submits an availability request and is not a confirmed booking. A booking is final only once you receive written confirmation from the host, by email or WhatsApp, stating the final dates and price.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 11:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. At check-in, guests may be asked to show photo identification and a credit card.
House rules
Quiet hours are 14:00 to 17:00. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not accepted. Cleaning is free every three days, between 08:00 and 11:00. Children of all ages are welcome, and extra beds are not available.
Special requests
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges. They are always confirmed in writing before arrival.
